About the event

Our promise is to listen and empathize with open hearts and minds. Our hope is that you will begin to heal and find pleasure in life once again.

Due to the recent pandemic, our first session will not take place at Luella’s Lodge, but instead over Zoom. Each session will last for 90 minutes and will have a designated topic.

Caroline Wagner will be leading the group with the help of Trish Wilkinson.  Caroline is a bereaved momma whose son, Ian, passed away in 2014 at four and a half years old.  She will use her experience as a bereaved mother to help others navigate some of the more difficult topics pertaining to the loss of a child.  Trish is a licensed counselor and birth doula and has been practicing for over thirty years.  She currently specializes in maternal/paternal/new parent counseling at Champaign Counseling, LLC.  She is honored to be involved with building a community of healing and empowerment through Luella’s Lodge.

Sessions will be held twice/month on Tuesdays beginning June 1 from 7:30 pm - 9:00 pm CST via Zoom.  All moms who have experienced pregnancy, infant and child loss are welcome to join. June1, 15, 29, July 13, 27 and Aug 10
